Mime and the Pants

The first location was a theater with performances every 15 minutes. A mime appeared on stage. He made all sorts of Mimish movements. Occasionally he would give subtle hand signals that might have been sign language. At the finale, he dropped his trousers, and on his red boxer short’s seat was the sign of the Tropic Hunt!

Taped to each seat in the theater was the same number(74) , the solution to this puzzle. Ralph solved this puzzle without waiting for the clue at the "end" of the performance. Yamin didn't.
